What Cat Wore: Iris Print Jacket

Jacket - Miss Selfridge
Cami - Miss Selfridge (similar with v neck)
Jeans - Warehouse
Necklace - Topshop

I posted a super similar outfit to this before a few weeks back, but I love this jacket so much I've had to post it again! It's sooo pretty and is just the perfect piece to class up a simple outfit. Last time I wore this was with plain jeans and a white cami. This time a black cami and the jeans you're all probably sick of seeing... I really need to start investing in non-denim pieces, and wear skirts, shorts and trousers again!
Yesterday I re-realised how much I love wearing regular clothes to work too... I get to really be myself and dress to impress everyday! And I get a cracking uniform allowance... Cheeky.

Also - who likes my hair here!? I'm really into finding new hairstyles to try on Pinterest, and this is one of them. Find it here to have a go for yourself... It's too easy.

Wishlist #70 - AW14 Coat Edit

These last few weeks I've been looking for this winter's coat. And my gosh, am I stuck!? I'm still not sure whether I want to wait for the Christmas sales to bag myself a bargain, or grab one for the entire winter. I'm always so reluctant to spend so much money - and I know it's a coat and it's something I'll wear everyday to keep warm... But there's so many choices and they don't all go with everything! Well... not unless it's black!?
I'm really leaning towards the fit and flare coat from Miss Selfridge, because it's feminine, figure hugging, a beautiful colour and I can imagine wearing this with so much... But then I tried on the purple/blue wool coat from River Island and I'm just like... Wow. I need it.
I've also got the urge to buy myself my first proper biker - yes a fashion blogger without a biker! But a coloured one... a black one with a little more to it... or one with fur!?
Also - that purple faux fur pocket coat is in my SheInside basket because I'm not sure if I will have that much versatility from it, or if I want it because it looks awesome and it's SUPER cheap. This would obvz be my crazy coat for out there outfits... I'm thinking I should. Should I!? Help meeeee.

What Cat Wore: Transitional Florals

Kimono - New Look
Dress - Primark
Boots - Miss Selfridge
Cuff - Primark

This post should have been titled: How to take photos when you can't stop sneezing because you've got a stupid cold but then look like you don't... But that was too long. And that said - WTF!? Whyyyy have my photos turned out so well bearing in mind the fact that I've been ill for the last two days and I felt like crap!? And when I'm not ill... I look like an idiot who's ill even though she isn't, and can't pose or find a good angle!? Just why.
ANYWAY. I'm pretty much loving this ensemble from yesterday. I thought I would challenge myself to wearing something a little transitional and paired this pretty kimono, with a simple green dress. I styled it up by adding the belt for the layered look, and I friggin love the way it turned out! And just to glam it up, I wore my boots and a gold cuff even though it was just a chilled Sunday at John's house. Lovely ♥
My top knot came out a lot prettier than I expected too! I sectioned it into 5/6 pieces and twisted them, and then wrapped it around in different direction evenly. I think it looks good, if I do say so myself! What do you think?

What Cat Wore: Purrell ft. Pets Rock

Sweater * - Pets Rock

I love anything with animals on it so when Pets Rock sent me this jumper I was grinning like a Cheshire Cat! - Ay!? See what I did there!? I love my new Purrell jumper! The hat, the bow tie and the little "happy" badge!? You know who it's supposed to be referencing! How could you not!? And I literally sang Happy all day yesterday - not just because it is my favourite song ever, but also because I was wearing this super fun, and super soft and oh-so cosy jumper that reminded me of that song, of course! Without a doubt my new favourite jumper right now.

Portable Charger * - Pets Rock
I was also even happier when I saw my new social-life saver. This portable charger can fully charge an average phone 4 times, a smart phone twice, and boost a tablet. I'm literally going to be carrying this around with me everywhere because even though my iPhone battery hasn't failed me yet, it eventually will... And it will be 'Cat'-astrophic... But I'll have this kitty printed portable charger to help me out. I've already tried it out and it works amazing! Like I said... Social-life saver!

I'm really liking the products on the Pets Rock website, and think they make awesome gift ideas as well as great pay day treats! They do everything from aprons, pillows and iPhone cases, to t-shirts and flip flops. It's worth a good look - and all their products are printed with cute pet looking somewhat like your favourite celebs! What more could you want? It's all just purrrrrfect!

What Cat & John Did: Cadbury World

So yesterday, John and I adventured off to Birmingham to visit Bourneville's Cadbury World! I cannot explain my excitement to be visiting the place where they make the best chocolate everrrrr. We didn't get to take that many photos because you're not allowed to take photos in certain zones, and some zones were so dark and fast moving that my photos either turned out blurry or too dark! It's all very interactive so it's not something you can really document, but more just go and experience! But alas, I thought it would be fun to still share the few photos we took, and tell you about our small adventure!

So when we entered the tour, we were given two full bars of chocolate: Time Out and Wispa, and then you entered the story of where chocolate came from, and how Mr Cadbury himself got to where he is now! It's so interesting to see where it has come from and to how it's got to where it is now, especially for Cadbury! There's a couple of films to watch on your way, and an area where you get to watch how your favourite chocolates are made. I was just so happy to find out how Creme Eggs are made!
We walked through the packaging process, where we got yet another bar of chocolate - Dairy Milk this time. After seeing how they package their chocolate, we entered the room where we'd see the chocolatiers at work and gave us free melted dairy milk with a choice of two toppings! I chose marshmallows and popping candy, and though I felt sick for a little bit after from so much chocolate, it was definitely the highlight of my day! We saw how they make roses in this zone and watched the chocolatiers decorating chocolate pumpkins for Halloween! So much chocolate, and so much talent!

After that we watched entered yet another zone where they were showing a few of the adverts that were televised throughout the years. One of my favourites was the Wispa one featuring a couple of people from Dad's army, and of course the gorilla one... Everyone knows which one that is! (They even had a robot gorilla playing the drums in another room!) There was also an interactive area where you played chocolate related games, like jumping in chocolate puddles and playing with chocolate balls, and growing a cocoa tree. The Cadbury shop was last on the tour, and it was amazing seeing all the Cadbury merchandise and chocolate they had there! We have a Cadbury store near us back home, so we didn't buy much chocolate. I bought a couple of notebooks, one with the Caramel bunny on it, and another with embossed Chuckle beans on it... Does anyone remember the Chuckle Beans!? 'Cause I don't... Whoops!

After the tour, we headed round the back of the factory and visited the Bourneville Experience where we learned a little bit more about the town built around the factory, the history around us and made our own little Cadbury poster advert too. I spent 10 minutes watching the super intelligent machines stacking the packed up chocolate too, and was just amazed by the technology we have today. It's just crazy! Lastly we took the chance to experience the 4D Chocolate Adventure which was a pretty awesome 5 minute film! It's something not to be missed!
We had a really fun day out there, and yeah you feel a little kiddy walking around a chocolate factory, but it was a lot of fun, and something worth doing for a nice casual day out. It was on our list of things to go do, so at least now we can tick that off ♥

Wishlist #69 - Bershka AW14 Edit

Jumper I | Jumper II | Jumper III | Trainers | Jumper IV
Trousers | Tee | Clutch Bag | Jumper V

Bershka... One of my favourite stores I wish was closer to home, because then I'd buy a lot more from it! The only reason I don't is because I'm not a fan of internet shopping, and I'm not often in central London to visit the store, but after seeing their latest collection I think I'll be shopping online for it there a little bit more! I'm adoring all the slogan jumpers, packaging themed accessories and Looney Toons collection as well as finding a pair of camo print trousers and cute fashion trainers I'd definitely invest in! It's all just to die for... I think I'll have to add a few these to my wardrobe, don't you think? Especially the 'WISH DO' jumper and the Looney Toons ReBlog jumper!

What are you loving from Bershka's AW14 collection?

#LFW - My Favourites (From Watching Online)

London Fashion Week. I wish I could have gone, and I wish I could experience it all... But unfortunately I couldn't go, but experienced some of the shows by watching them online! I love that they actually broadcast the shows, because I really enjoy watching them and seeing what's in store for the season to come. My overall favourite show this year was Felder Felder's show! I didn't watch it on the day, but I watched a rebroadcast of it, and was wowed by the collection and I haven't seen one that I felt has topped it off yet. I'm not the sort of gal who will understand all the inspirational references, or understand it 100%, but I like what I like, and I liked what I saw! So, I've got a small collection of photos I've sourced from Vogue so I can share with you which were my favourite of the collections from LFW SS15. I'm so excited to see what the high street does now for SS15! Eeps! Enjoy...!

Felder Felder
Things I love about this collection: beautiful prints, western and 60s styling, boho look and flowing fabrics!

Matthew Williamson
Things I love about this collection: The prints, flowing shapes, maxi lengths & 70s styling
Holly Fulton

Sibling
Things I love about this collection: big bows, geometric prints, embellishment, frills and somewhat simplicity.
Amanda Wakeley
Things I love about this collection: waisted tie belts, draping sleek fabrics, mesh inserts, white on white detailing and all white collection!
David Koma
Things I love about this collection: mesh inserts, asymmetric detailing, high necks, midi lengths and silhouettes.
Topshop Unique
Things I love about this collection: retro colours, sporty styling, above the knee lengths and embellishment.
I honestly wish I could have gone this year, because these collections just looked amazing. I can see what the hype is about, but to see it first hand would be amazing... And I'd love to experience the atmosphere of being there, seeing the show and just generally having a great day out in London. As well as that, I'd love to meet a few fellow bloggers and say hello and try my best to look the part for LFW AW15! Even if I go just for one day, it'd be totally worth it.
Have you been to LFW this year or any year before? What was your favourite show this year?
