Festival season is here and if you're wondering how you're going to keep yourself dry yet still fashion forward without getting soaked - I got the parka just for you! Khaki is very much in this season, and this water-proof, wind-proof and breathable Emily Parka from Target Dry is something I'm sure you should be investing in for the festival season! It's got a super colourful polka-dot print inside to add a flash of colour and excitement to it as well as roll up sleeves in case it gets a bit warmer!
I've been out in the rain and the wind with this parka already and it does everything it claims to do and is actually quite warm which if I'm honest I didn't think it would be. I really love it and it definitely does keep my outfits fashion forward thanks to the colour and the style of the parka. Practicality and style all rolled into one parka! There is also a winter version available with fur on the website if you prefer that.
I'd wear this parka easily with any outfit thanks to it's versatility, but I pulled together my best festival outfit for this post! Of course, every festival needs easily packable denim shorts, colourful crops and fringing! I bought this Topshop fringed suedette jumper last summer and I've seen so many similar ones this year! My favourite dupe being one from Missguided here. It works so well with the lime green crop underneath and I love that the fringing is longer than the shorts - adds some edge!
Of course no festival outfit is complete without a pair of wellies. I was gifted these by Evercreatures earlier in the year and they've been super useful for walking around the building site that was my house a few months ago and they'd be great for wet days out at festivals or other events happening this summer. I still don't know if I'll be going to any this year but I'm glad I got a pair of wellies if I do!
